I wrote and styled an article for Good Housekeeping Magazine about how to organize your craft room! Yay! This was way back in March, and as usual, I didn't have time to blog it here. So how about a throwback post?
In the March 2013 issue of GH Philippines, I share tips on how to organize your craft materials and supplies using regular objects you can find at home. If you're like me who's a hoarder of crafty thingamabobs, you're probably on the lookout for storage solutions! Well here, I share some nifty tricks about keeping craft clutter at bay.
This story was shot in my own craft room. :) I posted about my little corner here and over at Saccharine, my baby blog. I super loved working on this article! You can probably find GH back issues in Book Sale or Filbars. Or you can get the digital edition on Zinio. This issue has Christine Bersola on the cover.
Please let me know what you think! And I'd love to see how you organize your craft supplies at home, so post a link in the comments, ok?
So I finally got to play with my clay back in April. Woohoo! But I haven't clayed since. Just wanted to share these lovely little things I made over the summer. I am so in love with them - the colors and details. I love how they turned out!
I wanted them to look like mini collages of ribbon, lace, and strips of paper. But they're all made of clay. Everything is made from scratch (except for the square bezel, lol). I did not use any molds. Labor of love!
These pendants I call Inchie Winchies are inspired the lacy details on my daughter's clothes, my fabric stash, and by the mini mood board notebooks created by Holly Becker of Decor8, my blogging mentor. (Thank you teacher Holly, for the inspiration!)
They look so happy and cheerful, don't you think? I imagine wearing them on a thin chain, with a simple sunny dress. Or they could brighten up a plain t-shirt.
These Inchie Winchies are available on Luna Lollipop on Facebook. Luna Lollipop, my new line of products, deserves a separate post. I'll blog about it once the official website is up. For now, please like the FB page. Follow me on Flickr to see more.
I just love Instagram. I love the convenience, the simplicity, and the visual way you can connect with people around the world. I share a hodgepodge of snapshots there, both personal and craft-related. Follow me there, I'm beadladymanila. :) Or you can view my instagrams online: www.instagram.com/beadladymanila

I'm an obsessive crafter, a sweet-tooth, a bookworm, a movie buff, a freelance writer, and occasionally, a stylist. And oh, I'm a scatter-brain too, so this blog is a hodgepodge of posts about everything I find interesting.
